| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探索、描述發生「合意」性行為的男同志少年因通報而進入性侵害保護服務體系後，少年與相關當事人（家長、社工）的經驗；希望了解男同志少年經歷到的「合意」性行為事件與服務經驗樣貌為何，以及這段因通報而接受服務的經驗，如何影響男同志少年的性認同發展、三人如何理解與回應少年的同性性行為與疑似同志身分、如何影響著三人間的關係。為此，本研究採用個案研究，經由某縣市家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心的引介，針對身處於同一男男性侵害事件的少年、家長與社工，進行半結構式深度訪談。 以事件的發展時序為結構，本研究全面、詳盡且深入地描述了通報前少年的性認同啟蒙、與成年男友間性行為被家長發現的過程；通報後必然啟動的司法程序、少年的出櫃現身與身心狀況、社工介入親子衝突，以及三人對少年性與親密關係、摸索性傾向的理解與介入等經驗，厚實再現事件中的三人經驗與情境脈絡。接著針對進入服務體系初期、社工介入親子關係、少年在性與交往經驗中摸索性傾向，分別提出本研究的結論與討論：親子衝突加劇、失控出櫃壓力與服務體制的「中性」社工專業；社工擺盪於介入與不介入親子之間；親子的摸索掙扎與服務體系工作目標間的斷裂。最後，本研究則針對面對著「合意」性行為男同志少年的現行性侵害保護服務體系，提出實務面、法律與制度面、教育面之建議。 | zh_TW |
