| dc.description.abstract | 1990 年代飛行訓練需求的旺盛造就了 Redbird、Alsim 全球兩大模擬機公司的地位,2010 年代 A.I.的興起,以及飛行員短缺導致的飛行教官斷層,放眼未來的 20 年,如何能有效率地栽培飛行員是未來飛行訓練市場的趨勢。 計畫構想來自於我本身有一個飛行夢,把自己的故事還有心中喜愛飛機的夢想,化為創業的動力,最初自己擔任「Wingtips 飛行夢想誌」航空雜誌總編輯一職中,經常需要採訪國內外航空產業,因此結識許多航空從業人士,深知時下航空運動日漸蓬勃,以及國內外飛行學員數量與日俱增,甚至台灣也有了幾家小飛機生產商,認為製造模擬機與運用模擬機教學的事業,是未來飛行員養成上不可或缺的輔助工具。因為喜愛,所以決定繼續去追求飛行夢想,2018 年自費到美國花了半年時間,考取一張私人飛行執照(PPL),在美學習期間得知模擬飛行器的商機,這是由於飛行訓練上時常遭遇天候不佳和教官人數不足的問題,模擬器能夠有效增進飛行學員學習能力與節省學費開銷。除此之外,也看到了飛行模擬器在飛行訓練市場外,同時具備了強烈娛樂效果,讓參與者能以非常經濟(幾乎只有電費和人力開銷)的花費,以飛行模擬器進行如假包換的空中旅遊(目前飛行軟體地景已經能做到 1m 解析度,搭配外掛程式包括大樓等地標在內,均能近乎比照真實世界呈現)。 我們建造模擬器的優勢在哪裡?台灣可以帶給以北美為主的巨大飛行訓練市場中,強大的電子零件製造經驗,並且配合現今的科技技術,A.I.、IOT、BigData等,並且不跟飛行學校收取建置費用,由我們的模擬器系統而帶來的額外收益,以每小時模擬飛行時間交易的時數為基礎再提供給我們跟飛機製造商合資的公司(JV)其固定手續費用,做為運營以及導入的費用,我們能帶給政府先進的技術以及穩定的系統,和健全的飛行訓練體制,藉由模擬飛行訓練器的系統導入,我們提供給飛行學員有效率的學習機會,誘使飛行學員能夠在無論哪種天候,無論在學校或者自家,都能夠精進飛行以及航空無線電對話的技巧,可以有效率的提升其競爭力。 藉由導入即時天氣系統、線上飛行教官系統、接近真實的儀表板操作介面,佔有獨家的競爭力,有效增進飛行員的「飛行技能」與「知識應用」之能力,能夠讓使用者在反覆操作下增進肌肉記憶和手眼協調,進而將機艙內的操作化為反射動作,對於沒辦法透過背誦的緊急程序(比如發動機失效、發動機著火、電力系統故障等狀況排除)練習,才有辦法驗證自身對於 Checklist(檢查表)上的程序是否能貫徹於操作中。知識應用方面,這台模擬器能反映目視參考地標與氣候,適合驗證學員的飛行計畫撰寫與飛行決策能力(ADM),進而培養飛行員特質的領導能力與資源運用能力(SRM,CRM)。 本計畫未來可針對專業飛行訓練提供專業訓練,輔助使用者培養通過航空級醫學檢驗所需的眼球移動、反應力、多工作業及手眼協調能力。同時,模擬機可用於推廣航空教育,降低民眾接觸航空業的門檻,也期盼透過本次補助培養自製模擬機能力,展望外銷給未來廣大的飛行訓練全球市場,進而提升整體國家的競爭力。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In the 1990s, the increase needs of pilot training created Redbird and Alsim. But in fact, the application of data and the transfer of value have created their status today. In 2010, with the rise of A.I., how to have correct data and make effective, creative and creative use of it in the next 20 years is the power of the future. The plan came from my own dream of flying. When I was the editor-in-chief of the 'Wingtips' aviation magazine, I often needed to interview domestic and foreign aviation industries. I achnologied the increasing number of pilots is a fact, who believe that the business of manufacturing simulators and teaching simulators is an indispensable auxiliary tool for future pilots. In order to solve the serious problem of flight instructor shortage for flight schools in north America, we bring them Taiwan's strong electronic parts manufacturing capabilities and cooperate with today's technology, A.I., IOT, BigData. Do not charge any fee with the flight school, negotiate with the local flight school, and the additional, income brought by our system will be provided to our joint venture company (JV) for the fixed processing fee based on the flight hour for each training. As the cost of operation and import, we can bring flight schools advanced technology and stable system, and a sound simulation environment. With the introduction of the online ATC (Air Traffic Control) system, we provide the users (student pilots) with the opportunity to proficient their air traffic radio calls skill and induce the people to take the initiative. We can provide the most realistic live weather simulation and latest traffic data for the users through the most complete information in the system. Marketing solutions can effectively enhance their competitiveness. Regarding to my personal professionally, In 2018, I spent half a year in the United States at my own expense to obtain a private flight license (PPL). During my studies in the United States, I discussed with my siblings in the same period. I am more convinced that the simulator is necessary because it can effectively improve the learning ability of students pilots and Save their expenses. With the introduction of an online flight instructor system, which allow student pilots self verify themselves meet ACS (Airman Certification Standards) , is the norm of pilot certicicate standards. The simulator uses a near-real dashboard operating interface, it can effectively improve the pilots’ SA (Situation Awareness) and musclememory under repeated operations, reflect the landmarks and climate in virtaual world, ). Not only do I love flying, but I also like to challenge myself with flying. In ad-dition to being familiar with operating at least two aircraft types (PA-28, Sling2), in July 2019, I successfully drove a small aircraft across North America and back and forth to Torrance, CA ) Approximately 6,700km with Wisconsin Oshkosh (WI). In the process of chasing flying dreams, I met various heroes, such as Liu,Kun-Lin, a flight assembly technician, and shared his idea with this case to get his approval. In the future, I hope to join the team to build an international-level simulator. In the future, this project can provide professional training for professional flight training to help users develop eye movement, responsiveness, multi-tasking, and hand- eye coordination required to pass aviation-level medical tests. At the same time, the simulator can be used to promote aviation education and lower the barriers for the public to contact the aviation industry. It is also hoped that through this subsidy, the ability to make homemade simulators will be cultivated, and it will be exported to the future global flight training market. | en |
