| 摘要: | 本研究描述資訊及通訊科技的發展將導致產險業務產生結構性的變化及未來可能的經營趨勢，另藉由國內外業者運用保險科技的案例，探討傳統產險公司應結合行動及科技服務，並應用巨量統計資料，全方位的提升經營效率與創造客戶體驗的新價值。
研究結果也將提出產險業未來的發展策略建議： (一) 電子商務流程的規劃 (二) 虛實通路組織的整合 (三) 風險管理的經營目標 The study aims to describe how the development of information & communication technologies cause the changes of existing Non-life insurance business structure, and management strategies to deal with the future trends also discussed in the study. By reviewing the InsurTech applying experiences of global insurance industry, the study suggest that traditional Non-life insurance companies should using mobile plateform and technologies to provide services, and apply Big Data analysis to enhance business efficiency and creat new value for better customer experience. The study also suggests that following strategies can be used for future development of Non-life insurance industry: 1. Planning of E-commerce procedures. 2. Integration of multi-channels 3. Risk management goals. |
