| dc.description.abstract | 台灣的半導體產業在世界上佔有舉足輕重的地位,半導體產業資源龐雜,其中半導體產業相關的服務產業更是多如繁星。近幾年隨著全世界資訊流量的爆炸性成長,對於資料運算相關的需求不斷推升,更是加速半導體產業的升級及成長,許多先進的設備不斷推陳出新,突破性的技術更是不斷出籠,每每帶給我們更驚嘆的新產品,半導體產業雖然發展至今僅僅50年,但卻改變了整個世界,改變了所有人的生活。本研究針對個案公司及其所處半導體服務領域市場進行資訊蒐集,以下為主要探討研究之問題及目的,個案公司所處半導體服務產業環境及關鍵因素、個案公司主要產品的主要競爭者、個案公司事業組合及公司策略、個案公司主要事業進行競爭策略分析。個案公司處於台灣區半導體製造服務產業,本研究透過以下流程:確立研究動機→擬定研究目的→相關文獻探討→建立研究架構→決定研究方法→資料蒐集與分析→研究結論與建議,對台灣區半導體服務業進行描述及分析,運用個案公司自身於開發能力的累積,逐步擴張服務產品至既有的客戶內,由現場服務的提供,逐漸附加上可改善客戶實際工作流程效率的物件產品,由完成自身工作的角度,轉換為協助客戶改善工作效率的角度,為個案公司未來的成長找尋更多可能性。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Taiwan's semiconductor industry occupies a pivotal position in the world. The resources in this industry are numerous, and the equipment services related to the semiconductor industry are as numerous as stars. In recent years, with the explosive growth of communication requirements, the demand for data computing has continued to increase, and it has accelerated the growth of the semiconductor industry. Equipment with advanced technologies have been continuously released and breakthrough technologies have been brought to the market. The huge breakthrough on the manufacturing improves bring us many amazing new products and make our daily life even more comfortable. Although the semiconductor industry only fifty more years, but it completely revolved the whole world and everyone's lives. This article collects information on the G company and the semiconductor equipment service market that G company relied on. The followings were the main question and purpose in this article. The G company’s semiconductor equipment service market environment and the key factor for survival in these markets, the main competitors of the G company in every main product line, the G company’s business portfolio and strategy, G company’s main business competitive strategy analysis. The G company dedicated to the semiconductor equipment service market in Taiwan. This research goes through the following process: establish research motivation → formulate research objectives → discuss related documents → establish research framework → determine research methods → data collection and analysis → research conclusions and recommendations. We try to describe and analyze the market of equipment service in Taiwan, base on the accumulation of the company’s own development capabilities, and gradually expand more services to existing customers, from the provision of on-site services, and gradually provide upgrading products to improve the efficiency within the customer’s daily work. Taking the perspective of own work to the perspective of our customers, improving the working efficiency, and we’re looking for more growth possibilities of the G company. | en |
