dc.description.abstract | 隨著手機的普及和行動網路的興起,行動支付成為當今日益成長的產業,全球交易規模達7800億美元,預計2019年可成長至10,800億美元。台灣在2012年已經開始踏入行動支付市場,但目前仍屬於發展初期,市場上各類行動支付廠商林立,尚未出現霸主,市場對於行動支付的態度雖為正向,但用戶數大約只有四分之一的人口。本研究利用關鍵成功因素和競合策略,分析台灣現況的行動支付市場整合出產業的關鍵成功因素。本研究發現,台灣電子支付產業關鍵成功因素可歸納為政府官方機構的支持、關鍵技術、管理團隊及公司股東間存在健康的競合關係。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | With the increase of mobiles devices and mobile networks widely use, mobile payment has become a fast-growing industry. Global transactions are estimated to be 780 billion USD and are expected to reach 1080 billion USD by year 2019. Taiwan started putting focus on mobile payment industry in 2012 and is still in the very early stages on the infrastructure development and usage promotion. There are many different players from various industries enter the mobile payment development; however, there is no standout market leader yet. The usage of mobile payment services is only 25% of the total payments in the local market despite that both government and the market player see this as a good opportunity for industry development. This study used the key success factor and coopetition frameworks to analyze the current situation of the Taiwan mobile payment market, listing key success factors for the industry. Our results indicated that key success factors for the Taiwan mobile payment industry include governmental support, core technology, management team, and healthy coopetition between shareholders and the shareholders with the invested company. | en |
