摘要: | 本研究利用利他思維、營收共享互利模式,有別於傳統經營者只尋求局部最佳化,在現今競爭激烈的市場環境中以有效經營策略,與供應商間合作共生,再以非典型商業運用,在紅海商業競尋求供應鏈系統之整體最佳化。藉真實案例以台灣1990年後五金手工具廠產業外移,留在台灣部分廠商轉型即棄式醫材生產,在與大陸等眾多競爭廠商過程中,藉本土模具技術、電鍍專利、自動化、彈性生產、供應鏈垂直整合,形成關鍵優勢。從文獻、五力分析、產業競爭力SWOT分析,來了解這些影響因子與企業經營的關聯性,萃取出提昇經營績效的關鍵成功因素,並針對這些關鍵成功因素,來推估往後台灣即棄式醫材生產及經營策略。同時藉由研究中進一步闡述了解若只以單方的立場只考量利潤,其不會是整體之最佳化,唯有以雙方共同的立場考量,其總營收才會是整體之最佳,雙方才可獲得最佳之利益,達到雙贏。 This research is to identify the essential elements of a successful business model in the field of a disposable surgical instrument supplier. It is different from other conventional suppliers adopted that only pursuing local optimum profit. The strategy of the company create a brand new business model based on reciprocal altruism that is effective to discover a method of cooperative symbiosis for breaking through intense competitions in the Red Ocean. Therefore, the company reached its supply chain optimization using the atypical commercial measure of sharing revenue. The majority of hardware hand tool factories including disposable surgical instrument has been migrating offshore since 1990 in Taiwan. The company decided to be one of the remaining companies rooting in Taiwan. The company started to convert its traditional products into disposable surgical instrument against other competitive manufacturers in China. Hence, the company took advantage of local mold technology, electroplating patent, automation, flexible production and vertical integration of the supply chain, which have been transformed into its key competitive advantage in this field. To understand the relationship among the impact factors of its business operation, this research used Five Forces Analysis and SWOT analysis on the case of the company. According to literature review, this study extracts the key factors of the company success in detail. Afterwards, this study proposed a suggestive strategy of improving disposable surgical materials production for Taiwanese manufacturers in the future. In conclusion, a business model considering the profit from a single position can not reach the ultimate goal of optimization for all joined participants. In order to achieve win-win situations, the measure this research proposed can satisfy common interests of both cooperative parties for accumulating mutual revenue in total. |
