| 摘要: | 根據最新的報告指出,物聯網在2025年將爆發11兆美元之新市場,顯示以往受限之技術能力已臻成熟。在物聯網時代到來的同時,各國紛紛投入物聯網應用發展,其中,智能城市尤其重要,而其價值在人類生活基本的安全維護以及更深層的讓人類生活品質提升的使命。我們對於改善人類生活,也有著自身應該發揮核心能力創造社會價值的使命感。分析技術發展趨勢、市場機會與社會需求後,我們從智慧城市中之智能物聯電梯找到我們能夠深入為市民提供服務的商業內容。從社會發展來看,隨著人口密度提高、樓宇高度疊加,電梯的管理難度指數增加,伴隨著越來越多的電梯事故。因為電梯無法有效管控所衍生的問題,引起各政府單位檢討與電梯監管有關政策與手段,當中以物聯網技術提升電梯監管得到不少的支持;另外,維保單位在電梯管理的過程中所遇到人員管理、電梯部件管理的問題,以及乘客在遭遇困梯時所需之應急措施,也可望透過結合物聯網與人工智慧的應用方案有效解決。基於以上的考慮,我們針對電梯提供了『智慧梯聯一體機』以及『智能梯聯平台』作為解決以上問題的方案。
上述解決方案,主要整合電梯健康監測所需之感測器,讓電梯維保單位能夠透過我們的將所有的資料上傳至平台分析,藉由平台內智能硬體的連線模塊、智慧運算模塊與AI分析技術、聯網上線、專用之電梯服務平台、可視覺化應用操作介面以及預知告警等功能。 我們的核心競爭力在於電梯的健康監測人工智能分析技術以及針對電梯產業提供服務平台。通過與電梯維保單位將各種梯聯所需之各樣服務精細化,追求最佳使用操作平台介面,以增進使用者滿意度與黏著度。 我們目標是透過以上解決方案,切入電梯維保達到百億規模之市場,加速傳統電梯升級聯網的時程,從中獲得市場的機會。 本論文內容包含:分析物聯網應用與產業趨勢、智慧電梯的社會需求、我們的使命與商業目標。接著透過訪談、比較市場現有產品的特點,確立我們的產品定位,並且擬定我們的執行計畫。 最後,我們評估了在計劃中的人力、資金與財務需求以及可能遭遇的風險與困難。我們的發展目標是:期望能在五年內,拿下中國市場中一線二線城市之10%市佔率,約75萬台電梯的覆蓋率,並提供服務與銷售,成為物聯電梯領域之前三大廠商;更進一步偕同電梯產業生態之合作廠商,參與制定電梯物聯網之行業標準。 According to the report, the Internet of Things (IOT) linking the physical and digital worlds will achieve $11 trillion a year in economic value by 2025, indicating that the limited capabilities of related technologies have matured. This rapidly advancing technology makes it possible to apply data-driven decision making to new realms of human activity. From monitoring asset failure in a premise, tracking targeted objects from one destination to another to tracking progress of cargoes at sea, IoT systems can enable companies to get far more out of their physical assets, revolutionize how we run our cities and homes, and even save lives. As a result, many countries start to focus in the development of Internet of Things in order to win or stay ahead of their competitive edges. In China, IOT is especially important as a mean to gather information for further analysis the applications in the cities. The impact of IOT systems varies by setting. Factories and cities, for example, stand to benefit the most. Cities have become the locus of a great deal of innovation and experimentation in IoT technology and the municipal setting is likely to be the second-largest beneficiary of IoT improvements. After analyzing the technology trends, market opportunities and social needs, we find intelligent elevators an important indicator in smart cities. From the perspective of social development, increase in urban population is resulting in increased population densities through high-rise residential buildings. As a result, the number of elevators increases dramatically and management becomes more difficult, accompanied by more and more elevator accidents. In China, the government even enforces vaious policies related to elevator supervision. In order to better manage and supervise the use and safety of elevator, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence could be the solution to the problem. Based on the above considerations, we propse the "Smart elevator all-in-one box"(ZeNext) and the "smart elevator platform" as solutions for solving the above problems. In this business proposal, we propose a solution which integrates the sensors in the elevator to mornitor the staus of the elevator such as maintainance and usage. Via our solution and service the maintenance unit can upload all the data to the platform, through using the latest AI analysis technology, we can achieve dedicated elevator service, predictive alarms, elevator life cycle prediction and many other applications. The content of this paper includes: the analysis of Internet of Things applications and its industry trends, the social needs of smart elevators, our mission and business objectives. Then through interviews with our target customers, we compare the characteristics of existing products in the market, establish our product positioning, and draw up our implementation plan. |
