| 摘要: | 手機1983年正式上市到現在約莫走了37年,但最近這10年間手機產業有著最劇烈的變化,也給人類帶來了不可逆的生活行為改變。台灣hTC曾經以智慧型手機之產品站上了世界的舞台,一開始便占了好的絕佳位置,但隨著加入者越來越多,在後來的手機產產業競爭中,逐漸的落後了領先族群,雖然現今仍努力成為手機的主要生產品牌,卻仍非常辛苦;台灣另一品牌華碩,在幾年前成立新的Zenfone品牌,也努力地讓自己的手機業務成為營收來源,這場仗仍持續著。
本文將探討手機產業的演變,並從這演變延伸到整個手機軟體組織的思維,尤其是中國手機廠商崛起之後的模式,與台灣廠商的不同之處做討論;中國廠商用生態圈的思維去設計產品,這樣的軟體組織跟台灣有何不同,針對這模式去做研究分析,並從軟體組織的改變從而分析這其核心之處,而台灣系統廠商的改變是否可以因應這樣的改變。 而這樣的生態圈體系帶來得改變,我們也可以從百大品牌與是值得公司看出端倪,比如數位內容廠商Netflix進入百大品牌之列,除了自我的內容產業之外,靠的是與手機廠商的生態關係。而前十大市值的公司中有七家是以提供軟體平台以及內容服務為主要的營運區塊,可見這樣的轉變已經成功取得巨大的營利模式;而從這樣的改變下,手機公司的軟體策略為何?且其軟體組織單位的因應之道?本文最後會以軟體的委外策略做為建議,進而幫助台灣系統廠商將核心人力資源集中在核心業務中,創造出屬於台灣系統廠商的生態系統。 It has been 37 years since the mobile phone was officially launched in 1983, but the most dramatic changes in the mobile phone industry in the past 10 years. Taiwan's hTC once stood on the world stage with smart phone products. But there are more and more competitors. hTC still keep going to become a key player in mobile phone product. Another brand in Taiwan, Asus, established the new Zenfone brand a few years ago, and also strives to make its mobile phone business a source of revenue. This article will explore the evolution of the mobile phone industry, and from this evolution to the thinking of software organization, especially the model after the rise of Chinese mobile phone band, to discuss the differences with Taiwan band; Chinese manufacturers use ecosystem thinking What is the difference between a software organization like Taiwan? The article analysis based on this model, and analyze the core point from the change of software organization, and whether the changes of Taiwan mobile company can cope with such changes. And this ecosystem has brought about changes. We can also check from the top 100 brands and companies that are worth it. For example, Netflix has entered the top 100 brands. In addition to its own content industry, but it depends on mobile phones ecosystem, and make it growing up. Seven of the top ten companies by market value are software platforms and content services as their main business model. It can be seen that this transformation has successfully achieved a huge profit model; and from this change, what is the software strategy of mobile phone companies? And how does software organization change? At the end of this article, we will use software outsourcing strategies as suggestions to help Taiwan company focus their core human resources on core business and create an ecosystem that belongs to Taiwanese system vendors. |
