| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討台灣某體檢機構的高端體檢模式複製到中國大陸的F健康管理中心其尚未成功的原因,以及分析兩岸健檢產業。健檢產業隨著政策改變、社會逐漸重視健康議題與人民所得提高,開始發展蓬勃。但是提供一般體檢的醫療機構眾多,市場已趨飽和,因此專業體檢機構開始思考如何轉型,「高端體檢」就是其中一個選擇,在既有的體檢資源上搭配舒適的環境、養生的餐點、客製化的體檢項目與檢後健康管理,提升客戶黏著度。 本研究採取個案研究方法,採用的個案是中國大陸的F健康管理中心,由於研究者本人參與主導將台灣的天成健康會所營運模式複製到F健康管理中心,了解其過程中遇到的種種困難,雖然台灣的醫療品質是獲得國際認可的,但是中國大陸人民對於健康的重視程度不如台灣人,以及人力成本過高等原因導致F健康管理中心尚未達到預期目標。因此利用波特五力、SWOT架構、PEST等分析工具來分析出F健康管理中心尚未成功的內外部因素,並給予建議改善F健康管理中心的營運模式。 This research is for the purpose of discussing replicating the high-end health examinations model from Taiwan to China and the cross-strait health inspection industry. The industry is booming due to the support of the policy, the society puts emphasis on the healthy subject, and the raising of people's income. However, there are more and more ordinary physical examination provider and the market is packed. Thus, some market players start to think about how to differentiate from others, therefore the specialized physical examination organization considers “the high end physical examination” is the way to go. Upon existing physical examination resources, they add some components such as cozy environment, healthy-enhancement meal, customized health check and post examination health management, to promote customer attachment. This research adopts the case research technique, which uses the case of mainland China F health administrative center. Because researcher participated in the replication from Taiwan’s health-check model to China and encountered a lot of difficulties during the transition. Although, Taiwan's medical quality is highly recognized all over the world. But given health awareness of mainland China people has a lot of room to improve, and the cost of human labor is higher than Taiwan, the F health administrative center has not achieved the anticipated target at the moment. Therefore, the using the five forces analysis, the SWOT, PEST and so on… analysis tool to break down internal and external reasons which the F health administrative center has not yet succeeded, and provide suggestions that improve the F health administrative center business model. |
