| dc.description.abstract | 莫氏樹蛙是台灣特有種，為一泛島型分佈的種類；由於其活動性不強，且有返回原產地繁殖的習性，故推測其族群的擴張受到一定程度的限制，然而卻是台灣綠色樹蛙屬中分佈最廣的一種，因此其族群散佈歷程及演化歷史是很值得探討的！本實驗應用分子生物技術來研究莫氏樹蛙各族群間之親源關係：包括利用 PCR-RFLP ( Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism）及定序 ( sequencing ）分析粒線體 DNA 的 12S rRNA-16S rRNA 片段（約 1100bp）。目的為了 | zh_TW |
