dc.description.abstract | 微囊藻(Microcystis)為台灣常見的藍綠藻類,在國內許多養殖池及水庫中很容易因水質優養化而大量繁生形成藻華。由於一些種類微囊藻所產的毒素(microcystins)曾在國外造成許多禽、畜及水產方面的損失,兼且危害到人類的飲用水安全;為瞭解本省各地之微囊藻是否含毒,自六年前始,陸續地由本省各地水塘與養殖池中的藻華採樣中純化出七株微囊藻株,並以小白鼠的生物毒性分析及高效液相層析的化學分析檢測這些藻株是否含毒 。 在所有的七株微囊藻株中,有兩株在研究的條件下並未發現其含毒,而其他五株藻株則呈現不同程度的毒性。毒藻對 20 克重小白鼠的全致死劑量(LD 100)大約介在 0.125-2 mg 重的乾藻間,所有中毒死亡的老鼠均呈現肝臟腫大及內部出血之典型微囊藻毒中毒症狀,顯示這些有毒藻株均含微囊藻毒。而在高效液相層析之檢測中,經與標準毒樣對照,各毒藻株之萃出液均存在有含量不等的microcystin-LR與microcystin-RR兩種微囊藻毒成分;其相對毒性之分析比較下,顯現各有毒藻株尚含有其他毒素成分。其中分離自台南七股的微囊藻株(M.TN-2)經大量培養後,純化出一系列疑似微囊藻毒物質,在經速原子撞擊質譜(FABMS)、高解析核磁共振光譜(1H-NMR,1H-1H COSY)的解讀與分析後,首先對標準毒MCYST-LR完成基本資料之建立,並對其他兩個純毒做了詳細解析與資料比對而鑑定為MCYST -RR與MCYST-RA,其中MCYST-RA在目前的文獻中,尚未存在類似的描述,而其他類似結構的純毒,因樣品量尚不足以肯定其化學構造故從略。 | zh_TW |
