| dc.description.abstract | 本研究之目的在以捕捉標放、無線電追蹤及目擊等方式,研究福山試驗林食蟹?之活動模式、活動範圍及族?組成;並進行食性分析,及配合當地昆蟲類及甲殼類動物數量的調查,以瞭解食蟹?如何利用當地環境之食物資源。
自1994年4月至1995年2月,每月至少連續五天捕捉,總計1737捕捉籠天,共捕獲食蟹?32隻89次,扣除逃脫及意外死亡的個體,有雌獸10隻和雄獸18隻,成體14隻,非成體14隻。各月捕捉個體為0至9隻平等,每月平均捕獲隻數為5.3±2.6隻。以最小存留數法(MNA)估算每月族?量為4至11隻平等,其中以1994年8月至12月為族?高峰,平均每月8.4±2.4隻。其再捕獲率為50%,其中雄獸(56%)大於雌獸(40%),非成體(57%)大於成體(43%)。每隻個體被捕獲次數由1至10次平等,以1次居多(50%),平均每一個體之捕獲次數為3.0±2.9次隻,其中非成體(4.1±3.7次/隻)顯著大於成體(1.9±1.3次/隻)。 分析自1994年7月至1995年4月無線電追蹤7隻食蟹?(3雌,4雄)之活動模式,顯示食蟹?為日行性,平均每日活動開始於7:05±1:51,於18:47±1:19結束。秋季平均開始活動的時間顯著早於冬季;而入夜後休息的時間則以秋季較早,冬季次之,春季最晚。一日活動開始及結束時間,各與該日最低溫和日落時間有顯著相關。平均每日的活動程度(activity level)為46.1%,每天夜間之休息時間為405至930分鐘平等,平均為704±127分鐘。白天活動時會有較短時間休息,每次持續時間為15至341分鐘,平均為88±84分鐘。白天淨活動時間為355至899分鐘平等,平均630±128分鐘。 合併無線電追蹤及捕捉共690個測點的資料,顯示食蟹?活動範圍之形狀多為長形,與溪流或山稜走向有關。不同個體活動範圍的重疊程度有很大的差異,從0至98.8%平等。以最小凸多邊形和95%調和平均等值法計算其活動範圍面積,為40.0至68.2公頃。個體之間與性別之間無顯著差異。計算50%調和平均等值多邊形面積,顯示其平均活動核心區域為7.96±2.41公頃。每日之移動距離從441至1897公尺平等,平均1076±362公尺,雄性(1156±365公尺)顯著大於雌性(844±278公尺)。此外,食蟹?的巢穴不只一處,常就活動所止之處休息。 蝦蟹類和昆蟲類之捕獲量有明顯的季節變動;前者以冬季最多,夏季最少,後者則反之。分析227堆食蟹?排遺,共鑑定出13類食物類別,出現頻度和相對重要性皆以甲殼類(91.2%,43.5%)最高,昆蟲類(86.3%,13.3%)次之。食蟹?之食性和食物豐富度之季節變化有密切關係,甲殼類在排遣中之出現頻度、相對重要性與其捕獲量皆有顯著相關,昆蟲類中的直翅目和鞘翅目在排遺中之出現頻度與其收獲數量有顯著相關,且兩目昆蟲的量會影響食蟹?對蜚蠊目的利用程度。喜好度檢定顯示食蟹?對鞘翅目喜好度最高,依次為直翅目,半翅目,革翅目,而蜚蠊目最低。環境因數如水流量似乎也會影響食蟹?對水棲昆蟲幼蟲與甲殼類的利用程度。 野外目擊食蟹?共64次,以單隻最常見,佔66%,最高記錄一次目擊4隻,平均每次目擊之個體數為2.0±0.8隻。單隻、成對及三隻以上小?之出現頻度在季節上有顯著之差異。 | zh_TW |
