| dc.description.abstract | 人類面臨資訊時代的到來，對資訊的需求是愈形迫切。尤其是在工商企業中，資訊不僅是一種情報，更是一種利器。在商場如戰場的詭譎競爭環境中，如何取得足夠的資訊，做出正確的判斷及周詳的考慮就顯得格外重要。圖書館探究使用者的資訊需求，是為了瞭解其資訊需求及使用情況，以便改善圖書館的服務。 本研究主要的目的是一、調查我國資訊電子業人員及產品之現況。二、分析國內大型資訊電子業從業人員之資訊需求。三、探討國內大型資訊電子業從業人員尋求資訊之途徑。四、從業人員使用公司圖書館情形之分析。根據以上四項研究目的，提出改進我國大型資訊電子業公司內部圖書館資訊服務的建議。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法，以截至民國84年2月28日的大型資訊電子業的從業人員為主要研究對象。問卷回收率為45.69%，有效問卷計425份。是以「統計分析套裝軟體」（簡稱SAS）進行統計工作，分析方法是百分比分析、平均值分析、卡方檢定。 研究結果顯示，資訊電子業的從業人員較喜歡與同事、同行利用非正式管道、口頭溝通獲得新知及利用個人人際關係得到外部資源。正式資訊來源方面，從業人員常使用的資料類型主要是以易取得性、方便性為主。如：報紙、產業性雜誌、財經企管專書及專業書籍。在查尋資料方面，缺乏獲取最新資料的管道、無法迅速獲取所需資料及沒有時間尋找及閱讀資料等三項是從業人員最常遭遇的問題。約四成的從業人員會利用電腦檢索資料庫並認為公司圖書館館藏應加強專業圖書、技術資料、研討會資料及電腦查詢系統。 依照研究結果對我國大型資訊電子業之內部圖書館提出以下六項建議：一、將同事間討論的新知系統地彙總起來，作為往後公司發展之參考。二、館員應隨時隨地加強本身的工商資訊及管理能力，以便真正瞭解其需求所在。三、利用各種管道及方式，將蒐集到的最新資訊傳輸至公司每一個角落。四、公司圖書館館員必須具備「知人」及「知書」的能力，方能提供最佳的服務。五、加強電腦設備及檢索資料庫的查檢能力。六、館舍空間的分配應以使用者方便取得資料為主要的訴求。 | zh_TW |
