| dc.description.abstract | 自1977年4月起至1978年3月止,自臺灣中部彰化及南部高屏兩地區各三家養鰻場採集大小約150~200g無病及外觀健康之鰻魚,進行腸、內臟、池水、底泥、浮游生物及鳥糞之細菌分離及分析,得下列之結果。 1、 由204尾鰻魚及池水共採到539株菌,分成Edwardsiella, Aeromonas, Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas, Achromobacter, Flavobacterium, Alcaligenes及Unidentified Gram-negative rods 等八群:其中以Aeromonas佔20.22%為最多。 2、 腸、內臟及池水之合菌數而言,以腸為最高、內臟次之,池水最低。又不拘腸、內臟或池水,中部養鰻魚場之分離菌數有聯南部者為低之現象。 3、 每9腸及內臟之全菌數,外觀健康鰻聯無高鰻低。 4、 Edwardsiella和Aeromonas之生能分佈不同,前者非常存於池中及健康鰻魚體內之常見細菌。 5、 由底泥及浮游生物共分離到160株菌,無一株為Edwardsiella,此與若株等(1977)由底泥及浮游生物符可分離到Edwardsiella之結果不同。 6、 10株Edwardsiella經病原性試驗結果,其中一株由鰻魚脾臟分離出之Edwardsiella,於注射健康鰻魚後24至96小時內,體表呈現微小紅斑外,其餘9菌株,皆無病原性。 | zh_TW |
