| dc.description.abstract | 本實驗以外加性腺控制激素釋放激素(LHRH)的方法測驗腦下腺的反應能力,以探討甲狀腺功能不足影響腦下腺性腺控制激素的可能作用位置。 實驗選用175?225克Sprague-Dawley系雄性成鼠,經去甲狀腺30天後由股靜脈注射人工合成之性腺控制激素釋放激素(LH-RH),注射量為0. 2ug/100g體重,15分鐘後放血犧牲,取腦下腺前葉及血清以放射免疫測定法測定其中LH及FSH之含量,對照組及補充T4組(T4 : L-thyroxine 2.2ug/100g B.W. /day. i.p.)也作同樣處理。 去甲狀腺後雄鼠體重,睪丸重及腦下腺中LH, FSH濃度均有顯著的下降,但睪丸體重比卻有上升,同時血清中LH, FSH濃度並未發生改變。此結果顯示腦下腺中LH. FSH的下降並非由於分泌量的改變,而是生成降低所致,並且由睪丸體重比的上升結果,也顯示睪丸受到甲狀腺素缺乏的影響最少,且未受明顯性腺控制激素分泌缺乏的影響。 注射LHRR 15分鐘後腦下腺LH, FSH的濃度並無變化,但血清中均有大量的上升,只是各組間差異並不明顯,由此結果顯示腦下腺對LHRH的反應能力在釋放LH, FSH上並無改變,腦下腺LH, FSH的下降可能是由下視丘中LHRH的合成或分泌改變所致。文中對可能的控制機製作了討論。 | zh_TW |
