dc.description.abstract魚類卵細胞在環境誘導下,下視丘分泌的性釋素促進素(Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone , GnGH )和性抑素(Gonadotropin Inhibiting Hormone ) ,調控腦下垂體促性腺激素(Gonadotropin , GtH )之分泌。它刺激卵細胞濾泡層 ( Follicular layer ) ,經由類固醇生成作用產生雌二醇(Estradiol-17β, E2 ) ,E2經血液送到肝臟,誘導肝臟細胞合成卵黃前質(Vitellogenin ) ,再經由血液輸送,在卵細胞上以胞飲作用(Pinocytosis )使卵黃前質累積於卵細胞中。
本研究以絨毛促性腺激素(Human Chorionic Gonadotropin , HCG )、性釋素促進素類似物( DesGly〔D-Ala6]-ethylamine analog )等激素,探討促進卵細胞發育成熟之效果。
以HCG刺激處理,其效果以500 LU/Kg 最佳,促進肝臟合成卵黃前質之效果最快速,血液中卵黃前質量高,處理10天後在血液中即可檢測到Vg 之存在,隨劑量增加,效果反而減低。以 HCG 2000 LU/Kg處理者,容易造成死亡。至於 LHRH-a 處理,其促進卵巢成熟作用較HCG處理組慢,血液中卵黃前質量明顯比HCG處理組多,血液中Vg之出現於處理後90天,隨劑量增加,效果更顯著。LHRH-a 之處理,埋植處理之效果,比注射處理方式有效。 LHRH-a 及 LHRH- a 加Domperidone 處理組,對鰻魚成熟沒有作用。
Estradiol l7β- p 注射處理,能誘發肝臟合成Vg ,處理後第七天即可在血液中檢測到Vg 存在,隨著血液中Vg 量增加,粗脂肪量亦相對地升高,其中極性脂質之含量程現先增加後減少之現象,其原因尚未能鑑定。
