dc.description.abstract甲殼類之蛻殼機制主要是由眼柄中之x-organ分泌之勝?類的蛻殼抑制激素(MIH)來控制;但根據最近的研究報告指出,藍蟹和螯蝦眼柄中另含xanthurenic acid(XA)和3-OH-kynurenine(3-OH-K)二種 基酸代謝物質,對其蝦、蟹體本身亦具有蛻殼上之抑制作用。在台灣諸多甲殼類之生理研究上,相關於蛻殼抑制激素的研究極為有限,因此就本省幾種養殖之對蝦及秦國沼蝦為材料,利用高效液相層析建立一套標準化的定性、定量的分析系統,分析其眼柄中是否含有類似的物質存在,在初步的鑑定程式中,並佐以氣相層析與質譜之分析,肯定該等物質之存在。
在完成之高效層析系統建立後,於不同蛻殼週期下之泰國沼蝦眼柄中分析其XA和3-OH-K之含量,比較其間之互動關係。另建立類似之逆相高效層析以分離偵檢其血淋巴內之蛻殼激素(ecdysteroids)的含量並配合週期之變化分析激素含量的變化。本研究所建立之定性、定量高效層析系統,經審慎評估可精確偵檢到單隻蝦體內血淋巴或眼柄中,此兩類不同激素之含量。而該項分析系統之確立,應用於測定不同蛻殼週期中,蛻殼激素與蛻殼抑制激素含量之變化與相關情形,以確認甲殼類蛻殼機制中之化學控制因數。
