| dc.description.abstract | 本實驗對鑲點石班(Epinephelus amblycephalus)的腦及眼球色素細胞進行初級培養,培養基成份為L-15及胎牛血清。在31℃,血清濃度20%,添加3g/L NaCl條件下培養。實驗記錄了培養過程中細胞的特性,並測試兩株細胞對病毒感受性及腦細胞最適當的培養條件。以IPNV-Ab、Herpes、Reo Virus三種病毒測試的結果,兩株都對IPNV及Reo Virus具感受性,對Herpes均無。至於最適生長條件:腦細胞為31℃,血清濃度20%,添加0-8g/L的鹽。細胞倍增週期介於2?3天之間。目前眼球細胞已繼代到第八代,腦細胞部份繼代到第四代,均已冷凍保存於液態氮中。 | zh_TW |
