| dc.description.abstract | 本論文主要研究目的有五：1、依學科背景之不同，調查分析臺大?師在選書工作上的態度及其差異性，2、依學科背景之不同，調查分析臺大?師在選書工作上的意見，3、調查分析臺大?師的選書情形，4、探討影響臺大?師參與選書的因素，5、調查圖書委員的產生方式，在選書上的任務以及其他相關選書作業之分析。 本研究採問卷調查法，調查對象為臺大各系、所、科的圖書委員及?師。共回收?師問卷三百八十六份，圖書委員問卷六十三份，?師及圖書委員的回收率，各達64％，84％。統計方法以次數分配、百分比及卡方檢定進行資料分析。 本研究的重要發現如下：1、?師們多同意圖書館藏在支援大學?學與研究活動上扮演了重要角色。2、絕大多數?師認為選書工作為其?學與研究工作的一部份。3、絕大多數?師同意圖書館應該擔負起監督、協調選書工作的責任。4、大多數的?師認為選書工作應由?師與館員共同負責。5、?師認為「學科知識」是選書者首應具備的能力。6、?師們普遍贊成書面選書政策的制定。7、?師選書情形並不理想。8、?師在進行選書工作時的主要考慮因素是個人研究主題的需要。9、?師們認為加快圖書採購速度是圖書館首當改進者。10、影響?師選書因素有：學科別，職稱，授課方式，擔任課程及是否擔任圖書委員等。 | zh_TW |
