dc.description.abstract本文研究臺灣產木藍屬(Indigofera L.)植物,經由外部形態之比較,並利用光學顯微鏡、掃描式與穿透式電子顯微鏡,觀察花粉粒之形態特徵,及種子之種皮與種臍在掃描式電子顯微鏡之觀察結果,做為分類之依據。
根據花粉粒之特徵,包括極區(apocolpium)之外壁紋飾(exine ornamentation)是否平滑無紋飾及溝間區(mesocolpium)之蓋基間層(interstitium)為顆粒或圓柱結構以及基層(foot layer)之有無等標準,而將臺灣產木藍屬花粉特徵分為四大類型。
第一類型花粉粒之極區平滑無紋,蓋基間層顆粒狀結構,基層明顯,如脈葉木藍(I. venulosa)。
第二類型花粉粒之極區較溝間區略平滑,蓋基間層柱狀結構,圓柱間有顆粒分佈,基層不連續,如毛木藍(I. hirsuta)。
第三類型花粉粒之極區紋飾與溝間區相同,蓋基間層顆粒狀結構,基層不連續或退化,如腺葉木藍(I. glandulifera)。
第四類型花粉粒之極區紋飾與溝間區相同,蓋基間層柱狀與顆粒狀結構相間,基層明顯退化,如細葉木藍(I. sp.)。
由花粉特徵類型與外部形態比較之結果,進一步探討本屬屬內分類群之分類地位,可以支援毬果亞屬[subg. Sphaeridiophora (Desv.) Benth.]單獨成立。
經由外部形態之比較,並利用花粉粒之形態特徵,及種子之種皮與種臍在掃描式電子顯微鏡之觀察結果,本文將台灣產木藍屬植處理為15種,其中台灣木藍(I. taiwaniana)為新種;而將腺葉木藍(I. glandulifera)再度從三葉木藍(I. trifoliata)中提出單獨成立。文中附有種之描述及分別利用花粉、種子與外部形態等特徵所做成之檢索表。

dc.description.abstractA revision of Indigofera L. (Leguminosae) of Taiwan is carried out by means of palynology, seed micromorphology, and comparative morphological characters. Fifteen species of the indigo of Taiwan is treated, including one new species--I. taiwaniana, which is considered as a new taxon in this study and reportered in Taiwania (in press). In 1968, Ohashi treated I. glandulifera Hay. as a synonym of I. trifoliata. However, their sizes of the pollen grains, floral morphologies and leaf shapes are diffferent. Therefore, the auther retains the separation of these two taxa.
The exine stratification of Indigofera of Taiwan can be classified into four types according to their exine ornamentations on apocolpium and mesocolpium, granular or collumelar interstitium and prominent or reduced foot layer. Type I is characterized by its smooth apocolpium ornamentation, granular interstitium and thick foot layer, e.g. I. venulosa. In type II, the apocolpium ornamentation is microperforate which is different from its mesocolpium. The evident collumelae with a few granuls interstitium is the main character of this type, e.g. I. hirsuta. Type III has the same ornamentation on both apocolpium and mesocolpium, and a granular interstitium, e.g. I. glandulifera. Type IV has the most complex exine stratification which is finely microperforate in the tectum, has a compact collumellae and granules interstitium and a reduced foot layer, e.g. I. sp.
Type I may be the most primitive pollen type, majority of the woody species studied possess this type. Type IV may be the most advanced type, in which the species I. sp. is a herb. Type II and III may be the intermediate types between them.
Palynological study surports the subgenus Sphaeridiophora (Desv.) Benth. as a good natural group.
