| dc.description.abstract | 鯖科魚類（Scombrid fishes）為台灣重要漁業資源之一，尤其鯖、鰹兩類更為近海漁業中重要之漁獲物。此類經濟魚類之生物條件的瞭解息息相關於漁場的管理及預測。仔稚魚係指魚類生活史中的幼稚階段，它的數量和分佈，在漁業生物學的理論建構中占舉足輕重的角色，它與親代系群（parent stock）的產卵及洄游等生態習性直接相關。因此，本文即是以台灣產鯖科仔稚魚之初步分類工作為主，另外針對此科魚類於本省周圍水域分佈之情形加以探討，以做為漁業生物學研究的先驅。 本研究之標本主要係由過去三年（1988-1990）之14個航次中取得，共計有仔稚魚標本2694尾，分為7屬13種，以其發育階段而言，由preflexion至postflexion間之仔魚佔多數；而就種類而言，以Auxis sp．為最多（34.82%)，其次是平花鰹，Auxis thazard(22.23%)，再次則為花腹鯖，Scomber australasicus(22.05%）。 本研究將鯖科仔稚魚之標本鑑定至種之層次，經整理比對後，並將科內各魚種之主要外部形態圖示之。為了便利日後鑑定，並建立一檢索表。此外，為了初步表示台灣產鯖科仔稚魚種類之關係，筆者以其preflexion仔魚之外部形態形質，利用聚類分析法（Clustering analysis）分析，其結果以表型圖（phenogram）表示。對於發現之每一種魚依據其出現之測站也繪成該種之分佈圖，由結果大致可看出Scomber多位於沿岸區域，而Thunnus多位於較遠洋之區域，由於本研究之測站大多於臺灣東部海域，因此僅作為日後研究者之參考。 | zh_TW |
