dc.description.abstract鯉卵進行表層僅應後,導致圍卵腔積水,因而有卵體積的增加。這種自茇性表層僅應打造成的卵體積增加的程度僅應溶液的溫度,PH值的差異而不同;在20℃-30℃,PH下了?其實最適僅應溫度及PH值。單價陽離子中的鈉離子?此吸水活動行必須者;鋰鉀均能抑制吸水活動,又以鋰的抑制力強於鉀;雙價陽子離子的中除了Mg離子外,Hg,Ca,Mn,Zx.離子均有很強的抑制力。而錄,鋅往往使卵細胞致死或異常;鈣離子的抑制作用是經由延緩表層泡釋出或對於已經被釋出的表層內含物?生回逆的作用。單雙價離子的濃度逐漸提高,仍無法阻止表層僅應的進行,但吸水活動的程度受到幹擾。而一些抑制一般細胞代謝的抑制物如CN,2.4-divitophenoc 及Iodoacetic Acid在對生理上毒害的濃度時,仍無法抑制吸水活動;須高至200mm時,CN才?生些微地抑制力。
鈣離子的作用是具有不可逆性,若鈣離子處理卵的時間少於2分鍾,以EDTA滌洗該卵,可以除去鈣離子的抑制效應,而恢複部分卵的吸水機能。但鈣離子的抑制效應。是以,鈣離子的抑制作用似在卵膜的內側,且其穿透率很快;此外,鈣離子的抑制力不具時效性,能即時地在整個僅應過程中?生抑制力,亦即具有即茇性。
卵巢液的抑制方式具有全然性(all or none),僅能對未進行表層僅應無法?生抑制;是以亦即具有時效性;本實驗已知此抑制力的?生須仰賴卵巢液中的抑制物質(Inhibitov),在鈉或鉀作?共同因數(Cofactov)與卵膜上的接受器(Receptov)交互作用而?生的。此抑制物質已被證實是一種對熱,酸安定,鹼不安定的酸性硫酸化蛋白(Acid Suefated mucopolysacchavidev)。
