| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要利用同功異構?電泳法,分析台灣海域於東港,澎湖及淡水地區所棲息之大鱗鯔(Liza macrolepis),前鱗鯔(L.affinis)及烏魚(Mugil cephalus)等三種鯔科魚類之種間差異並進而判定族群。探討族群遺傳變異,主要利用 Hardy-Weinberg 假說檢定並配合形態之測量形質,瞭解其種間差異程度。進一步嘗試利用電泳法輔助鑑定外形極相近之三種鯔魚的仔稚魚。
由檢測族群內所有的24個基因座內在生化形質顯示,在大鱗鯔共有11個基因座具有多型性( polymorphism ) 。P值( polymorphism value ) 則高達0.44,在烏魚則有6個基因座具有多型性,P 值為0.24。 由結果顯示.在種間關係上,無論利用同功異構?電泳法或形態測定上,均發現大鱗鯔與前鱗鯔的親緣關係上較接近,而與烏魚則相較甚遠,顯示電泳法與形態測定結果的一致性。 地區別方面發現大鱗鯔以東港與澎湖地區的族群較為接近,烏魚則以東港與淡水地區較接近。在族群的遺傳變異檢定上,發現大鱗鯔在東港,澎湖及淡水地區,分別有九個,四個及兩個基因座偏離假說。烏魚在上述地區則分別有六個.兩個及一個基因座偏離假說。顯示東港及淡水地區正受到某些環境因數的壓迫(stress ) ,導致其偏離的現象,故有待進一步研究探討之。而在澎湖地區則尚稱穩定。 鑑別仔稚魚方面,以淡水地區而言,在冬季時期從每年12月到翌年二月間所捕獲的魚苗,絕大部份為烏魚苗。而在其他月份中則大多以大鱗鯔的魚苗為主,僅少部份為其他種類。 | zh_TW |
