dc.description.abstract | 1.塘虱魚?鯉魚腦下腺抽出物處理後,卵徑與卵重逐漸增大。處理前。卵之直徑與重量分別?1.5毫米及1.8毫克;處理後,當卵具有受精能力時,卵徑與卵重達到最大值,即分別?1.85毫米及2.9毫克。 2.未經處理的卵,卵膜很薄,膜內有顆粒層細胞,卵細胞傎呈不透明狀,處理後,位於動物極的卵膜發生非常明顯的變化,即厚度增加,顆粒層細胞亦逐漸往外緣移動。當卵完全成熟時,改處的卵膜特別變厚內有許多微細的條紋;此時顆粒層細胞完全脫離,卵細胞傎呈透明狀,且紅色素集中於動物極,植物極部位則呈綠色。 3.處理前卵的內部充滿園球形的卵黃粒,核位於卵之中央;處理後黃粒逐漸增大,呈多角形;核移往動物極,當卵成熟時,卵核破裂,釋放出之核傎只見於動物半球,該等物傎與紅色素之分佈區域相同,?將來胚體發生之處。 4.卵成熟時乾重無顯著變化,但水分含量急劇增加此外卵內之氨基酸,勝?灰分及脂傎亦有增加,但醣類含量則無變化。 5.經腦下腺抽出物處理後,卵成熟的過程可分?三個階段,每個階段的出現時間因腦下腺抽出物處理劑量的不同而有所不同。受精率與第三階段的卵(即最成熟的卵)之出現頻度具有相關性。 6.受精率與孵化率有相關性,當受精率低於30%時,受精無法孵化。 | zh_TW |
