dc.description.abstract | phosphorylcholine , β-glycerophosphate , phosphate , ATP 這些含有 phosphate group 的物質,對心臟毒素蛋白所產生的螢光有消光效應(quenching effect )。 以 3-phosphoglycerate (3PGA)或 β- glycerophosphate (2GP) 前處理紅血球,可促進心臟毒素蛋白的溶血作用。以 3PGA 前處理的紅血球,形態發生變化,外圍產生微細刺狀物,但對抗低張溶液的能力沒有減弱,細胞內之 ATP 含量略減,但不因此而鬆散細胞膜的結構, 3PGA 對紅血球之關鍵性作用,目前仍不清楚。 心臟毒素蛋白對紅血球作用時,可觀察到兩個現象,即細胞膜結構鬆動和細胞膜破裂產生溶血現象,細胞膜結構鬆動現象較早發生。3PGA可促進該溶血作用,縮短心臟毒素蛋白作用的潛伏期,但是並沒有因此加強心臟毒素蛋白對細胞膜骨架的鬆動。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Phosphorylcholine, β—glycerophosphate, inorganic phosphate and ATP , all of them contain phosphate group, showed quenching effect on the tyrosine fluorescence of Taiwan Cobra Cardiotoxin. Both 3—phosphoglycerate and β—glycerophosphate enhanced Cardiotoxin - induced hemolysis. The erythrocytes pretreated with either compound changed their morphology from discoid shape to echinocyte, but their capability to resist hypotonic solution did not impair. The cellular ATP decreased a slight extent but the membrane structure was not loose when compared with the controlled cells. The key effect of 3—phosphoglycerate on erythrocyte remained unclear. When Cardiotoxin acted on erythrocytes, there appeared a latent period before cells lysed during which the membrane structure was loose. 3—Phosphoglycerate could shorten the latent period and enchance the Cardiotoxin-induced hemolysis. | en |
