| dc.description.abstract | 1988年台灣地區養殖草蝦普遍發生大量死亡時,從罹病草蝦肝胰腺所分離之細菌以弧菌為主,總共分離357株細菌,其中弧菌302株,占全部總數之84.6%,其他細菌如革闌氏陽性球菌,革闌氏陰性球菌及革闌氏陰性桿菌(非弧菌)僅占少數。 在肝胰腺所分離的弧菌中以Vibrio harveyi, V. nereis, V. damsela, V. tubiashii及V. anguillarum較重要,其中V. harveyi 130株占弧菌總百分率43.1%為最顯著。病原性試驗的結果發現770713 A3b(V. harvevi)比770713 D4b (V. nereis)具有較強的致病力,並且770713 A3b感染以後不論外觀症狀或組織病理變化都與野外養殖草蝦大量死亡時期之罹病蝦症狀一致,組織病變主要因細菌侵入造成細胞大量壞死。組織病變主要要發生在淋巴組織,肝胰腺,胃腔,心臟,肌肉及鰓部,病變情形以淋巴組織及肝胰腺最嚴重。鰓部病變以浸浴式感染為最明顯。 | zh_TW |
