| dc.description.abstract | 為瞭解淡水河口水域花身雞魚Terapon jarbua (Forskal)之生殖生態,每月定期自淡水河口採集底延繩釣作業所捕獲之花身雞魚標本。自77年1月起至78年1月止,所累積之486尾標本中,有162尾雄魚,293尾雌魚,另有31尾無法判定性別。經由外部形態測定,卵巢組織切片觀察,生殖腺重指數(G . S . I .)計算,卵徑頻等分佈測量及孕卵量估計等來探討其生殖週期、產卵頻率及再生產能力,並由河口花身雞魚仔稚魚之出現時期,來應証產卵期。由卵巢之成熟階段及G . S . I .之月別變化,推測產卵期為4?10月,盛期為6?8月;由G . S . I和體長關係,以及成熟個體百分比與體長之關係,推測雌魚最小成熟體長為148mm,雄魚為143mm;全年採樣中,雌雄魚出現比例為1.8:1,經卡方(x2)檢定結果顯示雌雄比例有顯著差異(P<0.01),尤其在生殖期間以及體長範圍在150?190mm間,雌魚有較多之趨勢。由卵巢之組織切片觀察及卵徑頻度分佈,得知卵巢中有二群以上不同成熟階段之卵細胞同時出現,顯示花身雞魚在一年中應有不只一次之產卵。由成熟後期之卵巢中,估計1年中單回孕卵量為37,080至480,363個卵粒,而且孕卵數隨著體長、體重、生殖腺重之增加而有所增加。花身雞魚之背部肌肉與肝臟總脂肪合量,在生殖季節前後,亦有明顯變化經由綜合分析卵徑頻度分佈,並記合花身雞魚仔稚魚,出現於河口之相對密度及仔碓魚體長頻度分佈之月別變動,推測花身雞魚應為多次產卵型魚類(multiple spawner) ,且6?9月時仔稚魚之大量出現與前述產卵期吻合。 | zh_TW |
