| dc.description.abstract | 迄今有關種蝦的研究多著重於探討雌性種蝦的培育和催熟，至於雄性種蝦的瞭解則相當有限；從傳統生物學的觀點視之，親代不論雌雄在遣傳上都對子代有同等重要的影響，因而引發對雄性種蝦生殖力加以探討的動機，以做為日後(1)選用和培育雄性種蝦，(2)進行精莢移殖，(3)冷凍精子等的參考。本報告選用熊蝦(Penaeus semisulcatus)、斑節蝦(Penaeus japonicus)和砂蝦(Metapenaeus ensis)為實驗材料。分別測量其頭胸甲長(CL)、體重(BW)、生殖腺指數(GSI)，精莢(Spermatophore)和輸精管(Vas deferens)的重量和其精子活力等，實驗所得結果為： 一、熊蝦和斑節蝦在生殖盛季其精莢品質的良莠與體型大小，未呈現顯著相關(P>0.05)；砂蝦則有顯著相關(P<0.05)，導致不同蝦類其精莢品質與體型的相關程度不同的原因有待今後之探討。 二．不論熊蝦或砂蝦在人為環境中飼養一週後，精莢品質即有明顯的下降；目前的人為環境不如天然海域適於雄性種蝦產生良好精子，為今後亟需研究之課題。 三、摘取熊蝦精莢後再加以飼養，結果發現摘取單側精莢之組和摘取兩側精莢之組，其生成新精莢的速度，以及新生成的精莢品質在兩組間並無顯著差異(P>0.05)，皆是經兩週後才能再摘取到精莢但是要經過三週後才能再取得含有精子數量足以再被使用的精莢，而且不能完全以精莢的重量來判斷其所含精子數的多寡。 四、將熊蝦和砂蝦全蝦冷藏於4 ℃中2-10天，結果發現熊蝦和砂蝦的精莢以及砂蝦的輸精管在冷藏兩天時，其精子品質即有明顯下降的現象，只有熊蝦輸精管的精子其外形正常的百分率未有明顯下降，但是是否仍有授精力則有待進一步研究。砂蝦全蝦冷藏八天後，精莢仍含有少數外形正常的精子，但是此時輸精管已腐敗無法測量，可見貯精莢囊(terminal ampoule)對於防止精莢腐敗有相當程度的保護作用。 | zh_TW |
