dc.description.abstract自民國75年10月至76年12月,陸續獲得52尾櫻花鉤吻鮭標本。其中42尾為天然?,10尾為人工繁殖者。將測得之形質資料與Hikita(1962)報告中的Oncorhynchus屬各個種比較。由分析的結果發現櫻花鉤吻蛙輿O.masou masou的類緣關係最近,再輔以生態、行為方面的資料,此二者的關係可能是同一個種的倆個不同族群。
從民國76年10月11日至11月24日,進行櫻花鉤吻鮭的生殖與棲地的研究。櫻花鉤吻鮭的生殖期應在10月上旬到11月下旬。研究期間共發現153處求偶點,其中?卵巢有58處。除少數例外,?卵巢大部份位於岸邊。55個?卵巢的水溫由11.5至14.5℃ 覆蓋度由0至100% ;平均水深由5.26至52.33cm:平均流速由0至31.3cm/sec :底石以2號底石(0.2-1.6cm)及3號底石(1.7-6.4cm)為主要成份的巢最多:?卵巢的面積由0.1865至1.855m2。除覆蓋度外,櫻花鉤吻鮭不論體型的大小,對於水深、流速、底石的選擇性及?卵巢的面積,均無顯著差異。
