dc.description.abstract | 本研究將以往有關文蛤方面的研究報告,做進一步的回顧與檢討,並對其所缺失部份加以探討。以內部形質-解剖,外部形質-形態因數為指標,利用 HANOVA 等統計方法,對鹿港區、淡水區文蛤分類地位加以分析,以明瞭地區間生物上的關係及變異之情形。以同功異構?法為指標,輔以統計工具,再進一步探討鹿港區、淡水區兩地文蛤系群的關係。利用組織學方法,觀察生殖細胞及生殖腺發育情形,以及生殖腺指數,孕卵數,生殖腺分期月別變化,最小成熟體長等生殖資料,並比較兩地間差異。 鹿港區、淡水兩地區之文蛤經由形態測定,解剖可知其屬於同一種,再由同功異構?法,可知其屬於不同族群。鹿港區文蛤生殖期由4月至9月,淡水區文蛤生殖期由6月至9月。 | zh_TW |
