| dc.description.abstract | 本研究之目的在於探討國外圖書館採訪自動化系統功能，瞭解國內圖書館採訪自動化發展現況、問題及需求，進而提出若干建議，以做為我國圖書館及電腦廠商規劃或選擇採訪自動化系統時之參考。國外系統功能探討方面，比較分析ACQ350、LIBRISⅡ、LIBS100、及NOTIS等系統。國內研究方面，針對五十二所已完成、部份完成及計畫從事圖書館自動化之圖書館進行問卷普查。回收問卷資料之分析採用SPSS套裝軟體，於IBM PC/AT機器上進行變異數分析、交叉分析及卡方檢定。此外，並針對國內六個已完成之採訪自動化系統與商業界所推出之四個系統進行參觀訪問或電話訪問。 研究結果顯示，國外四系統與國內圖書館發展之系統相較下，顯得較為完備，尤其是書目查詢、線上傳輸、資料庫傾錄、及統計分析方面更為顯著。國內各圖書館採訪自動化系統可執行功能依次為：經費控制、準備並產生訂單、產生報表、線上書目查詢、記錄發票資料、線上點收等。「自動化進行階段所增加工作量館員無法負擔」是國內圖書館進行採訪自動化時所遭遇到之首要問題。不同類型之圖書館對於採訪系統功能需求並無明顯差異。「採訪系統與館內系統連接，成為圖書館整體性自動化系統之一部份」是國內圖書館最殷切之需求。 | zh_TW |
