dc.description.abstract | 自民國75年10月到民國76年3月在陽明山國家公園內之面天山區進行103天,56次夜間野外觀察,以腰環上標法研究臺北樹蛙之生殖行為。 面天山之臺北樹蛙生殖季節是從民國75年10月19日到76年3月17日,長達五個月,生殖活動受雨量和溫度影響,以11月下旬為最高峰,1月下旬最低峰。生殖活動之性比(OSR)偏向雄性。體型比較小的個體比較晚遷入生殖場所,雄蛙會因休息和覓食而遷出生殖場所。 巢是由雄蛙所築,覆蓋物材料以枯芒草佔最高比例。巢沿著水邊成聚集分佈,泡沫卵塊?於巢中,巢對成體、卵塊及蝌蚪都具有保護作用。雄蛙在巢中鳴叫,叫聲可分成求偶叫聲,配對求偶叫聲,遭遇叫聲及釋放叫聲四種,雄蛙會侵入其他雄蛙的巢中並造成敵對狀態(Agonistic status),幹擾(Sexual interference),及共處(Co--existence)三種情況。 雌蛙受雄蛙叫聲吸引而主動進入巢中形成配對產卵,但雌蛙對配對的雄蛙有選擇性。雌蛙會同時和兩隻至四隻雄蛙交配,泡沫卵塊由雌蛙用後肢踢打形成,配對?卵時間大多在八小時以上。雄蛙交配成功次數可多達六次,體型比較大的雄蛙獲得交配成功的機會比較高,但雌雄配對體型之間沒有顯著的相關性。 | zh_TW |
