| dc.description.abstract | Sprague-Dawley系之雄性大白鼠於出生後四十五天,以逢機取樣法區分成三組並分別處理—去甲狀腺組,去甲狀腺並處理“生理量”(physiologic dose)之甲狀腺素組,以及對照組。各組動物於手術後兩個月同時犧牲。腦下垂體中間隙細胞刺激素濃度,係採用parlow (1958)所介紹之卵巢維生素C消竭法(Ovarian Ascorbic Acid Depletion Method,簡稱OAAD)測定;而睪丸內RNA及DNA之總量則採用Orcinol及Diphenylamine兩種方法分別測定之。實驗結果如下: 去甲狀腺後?所有受腦下垂體分泌之激素所控制的器官其絕對重量皆減輕,而腦下垂體本身則有增重之趨勢。?腦下垂體中間隙細胞刺激素之濃度減少,僅為對照組的30%。?睪丸內所含RNA及DNA之總量顯著減少,但RNA/DNA之比率則無變化。 由本實驗之結果顯示,去甲狀腺後,腦下垂體中性腺刺激素之含量減少,似由於合成減少之故。 | zh_TW |
