dc.description.abstract | 本研究之目的,在選用固定寬度、不定寬度兩種穿越線法及不定半徑圓圈法,調查全部鳥類族群,藉由兩種不同植型地區群聚介量估值的分析、及烏頭翁密度估值的差異,比較這三種方法的優劣點。 實驗地點一,平地面積13公頃,屬雜木林型。實驗地點二,面積26公頃,屬開闊草原型。實驗時間,由1985年4月?9月間,每月使用穿越線法及圓圈法,各調查兩地區鳥類2?4次。將穿越線法所得觀察資料,以固定寬度(40m)及不定寬度兩種穿越線法分別估算鳥類族群。圓圈法所得觀察資料以不定半徑圓圈法估算鳥類族群。另外對烏頭翁的密度估計,將鳴唱記錄與全部覺察記錄分別用固定寬度穿越線法、不定寬度穿越線法及不定半徑圓圈法估算其密度。並於7月?8月間,在8.2公頃的範圍內,點出巢位,以推算烏頭翁生殖族群的密度 在兩種不同植型地區群聚介量調查結果,顯示:(1)在雜木林,定點停留6分鐘的圓圈法,所需總調查時間比穿越線法顯著減少。而不管在雜木林型或開闊草原則定點停留8分鐘的圓圈法,所需總調查時間皆比穿越線法顯著增長。(2)雜木林中,圓圈法平均觀察鳥種數及密度,均比兩種穿越線法顯著增加。開闊草原中,固定寬度穿越線法平均歧異度顯著低於圓圈法與不定寬度穿越線法。其他群聚介量比較則無顯著差異。(3)在雜木林或開闊草原,固定寬度穿越線法,不定寬度穿越線法,三種方法估值皆呈一致性的只有歧異度。(4)於14個生物調查結論比較,固定寬度穿越線法與不定寬度穿越線法,在密度結論中較相近。圓圈法與不定寬度穿越線法,在鳥種數、均勻度及歧異度結論中,較相近。 烏頭翁族群密度的估算,在生殖季,以使用鳴唱記錄的不定寬度穿越線法,與數巢估值的偏差最小,單位時間調查面積較大。在非生殖季時,以使用全部覺察記錄的不定寬度穿越線法,單位時間調查面積較大,且不會有低估非生殖族群的誤差。 | zh_TW |
