dc.description.abstract | 本實驗欲探求丙基硫代二氧嘧啶(PTU)對甲狀腺素以外組織作用之影嚮以及其與甲狀腺素在甲狀腺以外組織中相互之關係。 實驗以Spragie-Dawley純系雄鼠之肝組織?材料,鼠重以180-220克?限,切除甲狀腺後,分別用不同劑量之甲狀腺素及PTU處理,其結果如下: 等量之甲狀素及PTU等比增加之劑量處理時,耗氧量以瓦氏計壓計(Warburg manometer)測定之,有顯著降低。當以等量之PTU及等比增加劑量之甲狀腺素時,則耗氧量相對增高。於PTU及甲狀腺素以對比劑量增加,則無顯著差異,此等結果暗示甲狀腺素之存在與PTU抑制功能之表現相互關連。 | zh_TW |
