dc.description.abstract本實驗在於探討人?引起之甲狀腺功能不足對腦下垂體排卵素(黃體生成激素)含量之影響。所用動物?已成熟雌性大白鼠—Strague-Dawley系。其處理分組?:切除甲狀腺;丙基硫代二氧嘧啶處理;及以1%過氯酸鈉處理。腦下垂體排卵素之測定乃採Parlow所介紹之卵巢維生素C消竭測定法,而其採取之時間以動情前期?依據,結果顯示如上諸法處理而引起甲狀腺機能不足時,下垂體前葉排卵素含量均較正常?少:去甲狀腺者?正常含量的21.4%,丙基硫代二氧嘧啶組?25%,過氯酸鈉組?42.4%。各組卵巢總重量皆顯著減輕,性週期皆較正常延緩,依次?去甲狀腺組?12天,丙基硫代二氧嘧啶組?4.7天,過氯酸鈉組?6.7天。腦下垂體排卵素含量之減少,起因於甲狀腺激素之減少,並建議甲狀腺激素在血中含量之正常?補助下垂體合成排卵素所必需者。zh_TW
