| dc.description.abstract | 本研究乃探討及比較在本省農地使用量甚多之三種除草劑(丁基拉草、巴拉刈、殺丹)及一種殺蟲劑(亞素靈)對泥鰍及蝌蚪之急速毒性及慢性影響,期能以所得之結果,做為訂定水產用水水質基準之參考與依據。 1.四種農藥都具有毒性;其農藥之濃度愈大,其對生物之毒性亦愈強。 2.四種農藥對大泥鰍及蝌蚪之毒性,以殺丹之毒性最大,丁基拉草次之,巴拉刈及亞素靈最低。 3.巴拉刈對大泥鰍及蝌蚪之毒性大致相同,但蝌蚪比大泥鰍對丁基拉草及殺丹之毒性較為敏感,而對亞素靈則較能容忍。 4.泥鰍苗比大泥鰍及蝌蚪對農藥感受力更為敏感。農藥之毒性以丁基拉草最大,殺丹次之,其48小時LC50分別為0.0042及1.8ppm。 5.農藥之濃度愈大,泥鰍及蛙卵之孵化率愈低,能活存之胚期也愈少,而孵化所需之時間則愈長。泥鰍受精卵之忍受力則略大於泥鰍苗,而蛙卵亦略大於蝌蚪。 6.二種生物之攝食量,隨農藥濃度之增加而減少,而降低泥鰍正常攝食量40%及蝌蚪正常攝食量20%之農藥濃度,都能引起慢性死亡。 7.在低濃度之農藥中,二種生物之耗氧量隨農藥濃度增加而增加,當接近96小時LC50之濃度時,會使耗氧量下降。而維持正常生活的溶氧濃度(PC)及窒息之溶氧濃度,則隨農藥濃度之增加而增加。且呼吸型式隨農藥濃度之增加而趨近於順應型。故在有農藥污染之水域,必須提高水中溶氧,以確保水中生物之生存。 8.農藥之濃度愈大,對成長之影響亦愈大。暴露在農藥之時間愈長,其活存率則愈低。 9.農藥對泥鰍苗之生物安全濃度(Biological Safe Concentration)為0.0003 ppm丁基拉草,0.1 ppm亞素靈,0.03ppm巴拉刈,殺丹0.03ppm以下。對蝌蚪之安全濃度為0.03ppm丁基拉草,0.03ppm殺丹,0.1ppm巴拉刈及33ppm亞素靈。 10.農藥對二種生物血液學之各項特徵並無明顯的影響。 11.泥鰍對農藥之濃縮率(Bioconcentration ratio)在丁基拉草為24,亞素靈為0.4,巴拉刈為0.14,殺丹為137。其體內農藥在清水中之排出甚為快速,都在1天內超過生物之半衰期。 | zh_TW |
