| dc.description.abstract | 在我國的圖書館制度中，大學院校的圖書館，一直都較其他類型的圖書館?優，發展也較?迅速，居於圖書館界的領導地位。可是在整個大學?育中，大學圖書館卻是脆弱不堪，中國圖書館學會所建議的大學圖書館標準，變成一個理想，而不是最低要求。 圖書館的服務品質，由建築、設備、館藏及人員四方面決定，優秀的人員可以補建築及設備的不足，而將館藏的價值發揮至極限。大學圖書館的服務水準，普遍?人所垢病，其中的一個原因，就是大學圖書館員沒有適當的地位。 本研究的範圍?公私立大學及獨立學院圖書館員，專科學校的?育目標與大學不同，所以不包括在內。 依照我國現有的?育法令及人事規則，大學圖書館員不能有?員地位，但是可以經由其他途徑，合法的改善現有地位。 | zh_TW |
