dc.description.abstract本研究的主要目的在於探討鯉魚血漿及頭腎中的皮質素。為此,我們發展解析固酮類激素的高壓液相層析法(HPLC),由於它具有高解析力,所以可以同時測定可體松及可體醇;此外,在某些情況,我們也解析了所有具有α,β雙鍵固酮類。
可體松及可體醇是鯉魚血漿中僅能測得的皮質激素。其中可體醇遠多於可體松。這項事實顯示鯉魚也屬於可體醇分泌型,此為硬骨魚類的特徵。
在頭腎中,可體醇及可體松也是主要固酮激素。各類生合成中間物也被發現,即:黃體素(Progesterone),17α-羥-黃體素(17α-Hydroxy progesterone),11β-羥黃體素(11β-Hydroxy-progesterone),11-脫氧可體醇(11-Deoxycortisol)等。頭腎中的可體松及可體醇含量的比值?無一定型式,有些則可體醇較多,又有些魚兩者含量相當。
驚擾刺激後,血漿及頭腎中可體松及可體醇含量增加,而血漿含量增加的幅度(約12倍)遠高於頭腎(約增3倍)。
頭腎的可體松及可體醇與體重呈反比。即愈輕者皮質素含量愈高。另一方面,血漿含量較穩定,皮質素含量與體重無明顯的相關。
