| dc.description.abstract | Cortoxin以[125I]修飾後其生理活性不受影響。 [125E] Cortoxin與神經鍵?(synaptosome)有專一性結合。其平衡解離常數Kd=8.0 nM,結合體數目n=8.39 mole/mg protein。結合體之間沒有協後性(Cooperation),且[125I] Cortoxin與神經鍵體之結合,不需要磷酯?Aα(phospolipase Aα)活性。[125I] Crotoxin在非神經組織亦有專一性結合。而[125I]pancreatic pLAα在神經鍵體則沒有專一性結合。 比較Croxin,β-bungdrotoxin,pancreatic PLAα三者間表性,磷酯?Aα活性,及對神經鍵體之親和力(affinity),可推測磷酯?之神經毒性主要可能取決於對神經鍵體之親和力。 | zh_TW |
