dc.description.abstract | 自1981年10月至1982年12月,在溪頭台大實驗林按月捕捉到刺鼠(Niviventer coxingi),解剖檢視其生殖器官以瞭解其生殖習性,其間捕得一窩幼鼠(3隻),帶回實驗室中飼養,並記錄其早期的發育及生長情形。另於1982年1月至1983年4月間在溪頭鳳凰山西坡約9公頃的樣區內,從事刺鼠族群標放研究,以瞭解刺鼠族群量的月變化,以及其在野外的壽命及生長曲線。 研究期間共捕得到刺鼠205隻,成鼠123隻(雌70隻,雄53隻),幼鼠82隻(雌22隻,雄60隻)。成熟雄鼠每月睾丸重/體重,副睾重/體重與貯精囊重/體重的均值,有明顯的週期變化,一年中有兩個高?分別在5月及8月,但在其他月分的成熟雄鼠也都具有生殖能力。成熟雌鼠無明顯之生殖季節,一年中幾乎每個月都有懷孕或受乳的雌鼠。懷孕的雌鼠共12隻,其平均排卵數為4.3±0.8,平均每胎幼鼠數為3.8±1.1隻,著床前死亡率及著床後死亡率分別為7.8%及4.3%。 幼鼠在第4天即開始長毛而於第60天左右開始蛻換毛皮,第19天開眼並於第25天斷奶,母鼠有相當的育幼行?並回維持至幼鼠出生後2個月左右。年齡66天的幼鼠體長達成體的62.1%而體重僅及成體之24.4%。 刺鼠族群在冬天有減低的趨勢,而於9、10月間達到最大族群量。毒殼可立即降低刺鼠族群量,但只要不持續毒殼,在短期內族群即可恢復。刺鼠在野外可活到17個月以上。刺鼠年齡在350天以前,體重及體長均快速地生長,而尾巴在250天以後即不再生長。 | zh_TW |
