dc.description.abstract1979年11月至1982年3月間,自台南與高雄之虱目魚養殖池,以及桃園與澳底之香魚養殖池分離到65株Vibrio anguillarum。所有菌株之Citrate利用及部份菌株之Indole?生和Arginine alkaline (Moller’s medium)反應等特性與Bergey’s mannual第八版之記載相異。
O抗原血清型分析結果顯示,65株分離菌除採自香魚養殖池池水之820121-kTa與811223-kT2二菌株外;其餘菌株分屬Serotype I,Serotype II,Serotype III及Serotype IV四種血清型。來自虱目魚及其池水之所有菌株均?Serotype I,與日本PT-213及美國IS-174菌株之血清型相同,而由香魚及其池水分離之II菌株,至少由四種血清型存在。
