摘要: | 赤鰭笛鯛(Lutjanus erythropterus)俗稱紅魚,體色鮮紅亮麗,肉質細緻甜美,市場價值高,但在成長上較為緩慢。為加速成長以縮短上市時間,因此利用大腸桿菌所生產的吳郭魚類胰島素成長因數(Insulin-like growth factors, IGFs)添加於飼料中,探討其成長之效果。 實驗一之一:每100g飼料無添加與添加含IGF-I之大腸桿菌(E.coli)粉末0.25、0.5、1.0、2.5及5.0g與分別添加經CAP包覆之IGF-I之E.coli粉末0.25及0.5g共計8組。結果以每100g飼料中添加含IGF-I之E.coli粉末0.5g組增重率154%及飼料效率85%有最佳效果。 實驗一之二:每100g飼料無添加與添加含IGF-I之E.coli粉末0.5g進行持續與間斷添加餵食84天共計4組。結果以持續餵食84天每100g飼料中添加含IGF-I之E.coli粉末0.5g的增重率303%及飼料效率57%有最佳效果。 實驗二之一:以每100g飼料無添加與添加含IGF-II之E.coli粉末0.018、0.035及0.07g,與添加純化的IGF-II 0.2mg及動物膠包覆純化的IGF-II 0.2mg共計6組。結果以每100g飼料中添加含IGF-II之E.coli粉末0.018g的增重率995%及89%飼料效率有最佳效果。 實驗二之二:以每100g飼料無添加與添加含IGF-II之E.coli粉末0.018g,進行持續與間斷添加餵食84天共計4組。結果以持續餵食84天每100g飼料中添加含IGF-II之E.coli粉末0.018g的增重率876%及85%飼料效率有最佳效果。 Red striped snapper (Lutjanus erythropterus), the skin of this fish is in bright red and with tasty flesh, and its value in the market is usually high. But red striped snapper grow slowly, in order to enhance their growth shorter the grow-out period, we utilize the Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) of tilapia procreate from recombinant E. coli add to feed of red striped snapper and to study the red striped snapper growth effect. Experiment 1-1: The eight diets separately control、to add IGF-I contained in E. coli 0.25g、0.5g、1.0g、 2.5g、 5.0g、 with CAP containing E. coli 2.5g、5.0 g per 100 g diet. The result of this experiment is that to feed the diet to add IGF-I contained in E. coli 0.5g per 100g diet has the best weight gain 154% and feed efficiency 85%. Experiment 1-2 : The four diets feed continuous and discontinuous separately control、to add IGF-I contained in E.coli 0.5g per 100g diet. The result of this experiment is that to feed the continuous diet to add IGF-I contained in E.coli 0.5g per 100g diet has the best weight gain 303% and feed efficiency 57%. Experiment 2-1: The six diets separately control、to add IGF-II contained in E.coli 0.018g、0.035g、0.07 g、to add pure IGF-II 0.2mg、with gelatin containing pure 0.2mg per 100g diet. The result of this experiment is that to feed the diet to add IGF-II contained in E. coli 0.018g per 100g diet has the best weight gain 995% and feed efficiency 89%. Experiment 2-2 : The four diets feed continuous and discontinuous separately control、to add IGF-II contained in E. coli 0.018g per 100g diet. The result of this experiment is that to feed the continuous diet to add IGF-II contained in E. coli 0.018g per 100g diet has the best weight gain 876% and feed efficiency 85%. |
