dc.description.abstract | 鑑於本省蟳苗需求日益增加,而蟳苗來源日益減少,因而進行蟳苗人工繁殖試驗。本研究係尋求蟳苗人工培育上的幾個重要生態條件,藉以作為日後人工大量繁殖的參考。茲將其重要結果摘述如下; 1.蟳卵之孵化率及Prezoea出現率在21?30℃下都沒有顯著差異,在鹽度35?35?下也都沒有顯著差異。鹽度在25?以下則孵化率降低,Prezoea出現率增加。 2.蟳卵之孵化率與Prezoea之出現率呈顯著之負相關。 3.蟳苗之較適溫度在26?30℃之間,較適鹽度在25?30?之間。在26℃蟳苗到達變態所需時間為17?23天。在30℃下則為15?19天。至於鹽度則與到達變態所需時間無關。 4.輪蟲,橈腳類,海兔幼生及豐年蝦無節幼蟲對早期蟳苗均具餌料效果,而綠藻與虹蠣幼生則否。 5.單以輪蟲餵飼蟳苗,以密度25隻/ml效果最佳;雖然蟳苗在前期的活存率很高,但是都無法完成變態。 6.單以豐年蝦餵飼蟳苗,以密度10隻/ml效果最佳;雖然蟳苗在前期死亡很多,但是部分可以達到變態。 7.以輪蟲餵飼蟳苗而在10天以內開始添加豐年蝦,均可提高蟳苗的活存率;但是在14天以後才開始添加豐年蝦,則仍然無法使蟳苗完成變態。 8.以豐年蝦餵飼蟳苗,另在前三天添加輪蟲,能使蟳苗之活存率顯著提高;另在前6天添加輪蟲,能使蟳苗的活存率達到最高。因繼續添輪蟲並不能使蟳苗的活存率再度提高。 9.將輸蟲及豐年蝦適當地混合餵飼蟳苗,到達變態前之活存率一般在60%以上,最高可達83.3%。 10.延遲投餌對蟳苗活存有很大的影響;延遲1天以上就使蟳苗活存率顯著地降低,延遲4天以上蟳苗就無法繼續生存。延遲投餌並使蟳苗到達變態的時問延後。 | zh_TW |
