| dc.description.abstract | 1、臺灣產真泥鰍Misgurous anguilicaudatus以勝腺激素處理,可以全年性人工採卵。 2、系列季節時注射以鯉魚腦下腺研磨液(1:4)劑量排卵率高,魚卵受精與孵化成績佳。 3、非系列季節時欲催產泥鰍,可以pedmex和鯉魚腦下腺研磨液等激素試劑施以二次注射,效果佳。 4、開始攝食的泥鰍苗對於配合飼料或小型餌料生物皆能利用,唯以配合飼料單獨飼餵時魚苗存活率低,生長狀況比單獨飼餵以餌生物考差。 5、以鯉飼料和餌料生物替代投餵,對泥鰍苗活存和生長皆可得滿意成效,可採用為魚苗高密謀或大規模飼育時的投餌方式。 6、魚苗孵化後施以30℃高溫處理,可迅速由仔魚期轉入稚魚期。於泥鰍苗飼育和照料方面,有許多便利處。 | zh_TW |
