dc.description.abstract自1998年1月至1999年2月,使用蝦籠誘捕法在淡水河上游的哈盆自然保留區內的哈盆溪及福山植物園區的水生植物池進行粗糙沼蝦(Macrobrachium asperulum (von Martens, 1868))的採集,並在哈盆溪輔以手抄網採集,以補充哈盆溪中粗糙沼蝦中小型個體的資料。本研究探討哈盆溪中粗糙沼蝦的生物學特性,包括外部形質間關係、雌雄形質上的差異、生殖週期及族群變化。並比較粗糙沼蝦在哈盆溪與水生植物池不同環境下生殖與生長的差異。
外部形質方面,粗糙沼蝦的頭胸甲長與體長間成直線迴歸關條。頭胸甲長與第二步足長間的關係及頭胸甲長與體重間的關係雌雄間有顯著差異。雄性最大頭胸甲長顯著大於雌性。雄雌蝦的性比(雄:雌)平均值為0.67:1,雌蝦的數量較雄蝦多。
在生殖方面,體型較大型的雌蝦可以抱較多的卵,卵數在6-162顆間,卵體積在1.09mm3到2.29mm3之間。比較哈盆溪與水生植物池兩地的族群,發現哈盆溪族群的抱卵數較少,卵徑較大,水生植物池的族群抱卵數較多,卵徑較小。由GSI值及雌蝦抱卵期數的比例可以推測粗糙沼蝦是一年多次生殖的蝦類,抱卵期由3月到9月。比較哈盆溪與水生植物池的兩個族群,哈盆溪的族群開始生殖活動的時間比水生植物池晚一個月,推測造成兩地卵徑大小數量及生殖時間上差異的原因可能是水溫與營養。
哈盆溪中新生幼蝦加入族群的時間大約在9-10月,水生植物池的新生幼蝦加入族群的時間大約在7-8月。
