dc.description.abstract | 自1997年11月至1998年12月間,於淡水河上游南勢溪的支流-哈盆溪進行川蜷Semisulcospira libertina(Gould,1859)之生殖生態研究,探討其基礎分類、外部形質、比較解剖、胚胎發育等基礎生物學特徵,並利用川蜷的生物特徵研究其生殖生態:生殖週期、生殖策略、生殖差異、棲地選擇等;並由生殖生態探討族群之變化。 本實驗於哈盆溪選取5個不同流速和底質,具代表性的採樣點;每月採樣2次,每次各點取樣3次。實驗設計預先排除抽樣誤差,採樣時並紀錄樣區環境資料。樣本帶回實驗室測量並進一步處理。 川蜷是雌雄異體的淡水貝,雄性不具陰莖,性成熟後才能判斷性別,雌性以育幼囊(brood pouch)孵卵,生殖方式屬於卵胎生(ovoviviparous)。哈盆溪的川蜷9mm時達到性成熟,開始生殖。全年皆可懷孕,但以春、夏季為生殖高峰;生殖季在3-10月。懷孕量低於200 EN/Femal snail,但可連續生殖,懷孕量與水溫相關性顯著。正常雌性個體產生畸胎的比率約在10%以下,環境壓力增加時會使畸胎率增加,河川施工幹擾可使川蜷畸胎率達到30%。 樣區的環境特徵經類聚分析(cluster)後可區分為三種型態,選擇這三種型態棲地的川蜷,個體與族群都有顯著差異。多數川蜷在棲地選擇方面喜好水流平緩,底質礫度(cobble)偏低的棲地型態,激流(cascade)區不適合小型個體生存,該處川蜷體型偏大,族群密度偏低,與他站具顯著差異。研究調查開始前,可能曾有某種事件造成族群個體小型化,或曾發生天災(stochastic event)嚴重影響原先族群內個體的生存;因而使研究初期採得的樣本體型偏小。該族群在1998年產生新的補充群,可由體長分佈圖區分出。'98年底時,當年新生的補充群約佔族群全體的一半,顯示哈盆溪的川蜷應是二至三年生的。 | zh_TW |
