dc.description.abstract以實際駕駛行為作計費基礎的汽車保險已逐漸導入我國產物保險市場,然而,由於一些技術及隱私權的問題,目前市面上的UBI (Usage Based Insurance)車險大多依照駕駛人的行駛里程、行駛時間或行駛路段作為計費標準,並非理想中真正完全以實際駕駛行為作為計費標準之保險商品。本文的研究主題旨在提出一個以車載設備與區塊鏈為基礎且具前瞻性之UBI車險及其維護平台,討論本平台可能的使用者、線上線下的服務及其互動模式,探討本平台之可行性、區塊鏈的性質以及相關衍生隱私及管理議題,並闡述本研究如何改善現有車險限制以及作出的貢獻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe usage-based automobile insurance product is already imported to Taiwan’s insurance product market. However, due to some technology and privacy problems, the exist UBI (Usage Based Insurance) products are mostly use the drivers’ driving distance, driving time or driving area as premium calculating standard. The objective of this thesis is providing a forward-looking usage-based automobile insurance and its maintenance platform based on the on-board equipment and the blockchain technology, describing the possible stakeholders, services, and their interaction modes. Also, this thesis will discuss the feasibility of this platform, the configuration of the blockchain and related management or privacy issues to explain how this research can improve the existing limitation of usage-based automobile insurance or traditional automobile insurance and its contributions.en
