留與不留都艱難－在日工作台人的掙扎與選擇

Abstract

不論從歷史或文化，台灣與日本是如此的親近卻又有些陌生。而如此隔著一層薄紗看望，在朦朧之中又使得台灣人對於日本有著諸多美好的想像。這些想像，驅動著台灣人前仆後繼地奔向日本。 只不過，隨著奔往日本的台灣人日益增多，水土不服甚至撤退的人也多。特別是當美好的想像泡泡被刺破後，日本長期存在的歧視外國人的情況，血淋淋地呈現在眼前，對於在些不是以遊客身分赴日的人而言，感受更深刻。 這篇深度報導意旨藉由這群文化上他者在赴日工作這一路上的決定與經歷，爬梳這群人前仆後繼地前往日本的原始驅動力，在越過那層令人看不清楚的薄紗之後，體會到真實的日本是什麼樣貌？ 台灣人熱愛日本文化、熱愛日本旅遊，但是撇除了這些熱愛之後，引導的他們扎根的養分，亦或將他們拍落的大浪，又是什麼樣的面貌？

In terms of history or culture, Taiwan and Japan are close but some different. Taiwanese have many beautiful imaginations about Japan. These imaginations have led Taiwanese to work in Japan. However, with the increasing number of Taiwanese going to Japan, more people are dissatisfied. Especially, the beautiful imaginations bubble were pierced, as there are a lot of racial discrimination in Japan. This In-depth reporting is based on the experiences of those Taiwanese who went to work in Japan. It will explore the following questions: What motivated them to work and stay in Japan? What kind of frustrations have they experienced? And what kind of stuggles did they have to handle?
