摘要: | 因機車其體積小、機動便利性高、易停放、價格實惠等特性,使得國人有較高的意願購買及使用。但隨之數量增加,對於道路交通安全亦日益提升,因此機車安全相關之議題漸漸備受重視。對於機車所產生違規行為的因素大多屬於主觀認知、不易量化的潛在心理層面因素,但目前國內對於道路交通事故相關研究,多數以事故發生後以現場狀況做分析,較少針對在事故發生前探討駕駛人內在心理因素對違規行為的認知問題。因此,本研究採用計畫行為理論為模式基礎,主要透過探究機車騎士的心理層面因素與外在因素的認知程度,以瞭解機車騎士違規行為之意向。因每種違規行為針對態度、主觀規範、感認行為控制,都有不同的顯著信念(salient beliefs),故此本研究最後只針對超速行為進行探討。同時為了探討不同人格特質的機車騎士對於違規行為的影響,故加入NEO-PI-R人格特質量表中的追求刺激、焦慮、憤怒、利他主義與無規範感之五種人格特質進入分析。
本研究以網路平台發放方式蒐集有效問卷473份,並以Rasch模型進行問卷信效度分析,而後以結構方程模式進行機車騎士超速行為意向之模式建構與其構面間因果關係。研究結果顯示,(1)態度、主觀規範與感認行為控制對違規行為意向之路徑值分別為0.123、-0.444與0.791 (2)無規範感對態度之路徑值為0.136 (3)追求刺激對感認行為控制之路徑值為0.149。這說明了感認行為控制為機車騎士從事超速行為之重要決定因子。此外,無規範感之機車騎士對於超速行為之態度較正面,越傾向從事超速行為;而喜好追求刺激之機車騎士對於自身駕駛能力較自信,越傾向從事超速行為。在不同社經背景上,男性較女性對超速行為較持有正面態度;而年齡層越低或教育程度越高者則對於從事超速行為的社會規範較重視。 Taiwanese has high willingness to purchase and use motorcycle due to its small size, high mobility, easy parking, and affordable price. With the increase in the number of motorcycle on the road, the issues related to motorcycle safety are gradually gaining attention. Most of the factors that cause violation of traffic rules are subjective cognition and potential psychological factors that are difficult to quantify. However, at present, most domestic research on road traffic accidents is based on the situation of the scene after the accident, less on the cognitive problem of the driver on the violation of traffic rules, which is internal psychological factors. Therefore, this study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the basis of the model to explore the psychological factors and the cognition of external factors of the motorcyclist, to understand the intention of the motorcyclist on the violation. Because each violation has different salient beliefs in terms of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, this study only discusses the speeding behavior. At the same time, to explore the influence of different personality traits of the motorcyclist on the violation, five personality traits of the NEO-PI-R table are added for analyzing, which is excitement seeking, anxiety, anger, altruism, and normlessness. This study collected 473 valid questionnaires using online platform distribution, Rasch model is used for questionnaire reliability analysis, then the structural equation modeling is used to construct the model of the speeding intention of the motorcyclist and the relationship between factors. Research shows that (1) The path values of attitude, subjective normative and perceived behavioral control for the intention of violation behavior are 0.123, -0.444 and 0.791, respectively (2) Path value of normlessness for attitude is 0.136 (3) The path value of excitement seeking for perceived behavioral control is 0.149. This shows that the perceived behavior control is an important determinant of the speeding behavior of the motorcyclist. Besides, the normless motorcyclist has a more positive attitude toward speeding behavior, and the more inclined to engage in speeding behavior. The motorcyclist who likes excitement seeking is more confident in his driving ability and tends to engage in speeding behavior. Men have a positive attitude towards speeding than women in different socioeconomic backgrounds. The lower the age group or the higher the education level, the more care about social norms for speeding behavior. |
